Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for orders placed through our webshop, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return if the product is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at: info@wernutrition.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
