What delivery time can you expect from us?
Order placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM? Shipped within 48 hours.
For the delivery of your package, we rely on the services of GLS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. When the package is shipped, GLS will send you an email with a "track & trace" link. Due to unforeseen circumstances, your package may experience delays. Use the provided link to check the exact status of your delivery.
What about shipping costs?
Free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands for orders over €50.
- Belgium & Netherlands: 0–5 kg: €2.95 (always free shipping for orders over €50)
- Delivery within 48 hours
Please note: We only deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Where does my package go if I’m not home?
Not at home? GLS will deliver your package to a neighbor or a nearby PostNL pickup point. They will leave a note with a "not-at-home code" for you.
I live in Europe. Can I choose delivery outside Belgium and the Netherlands?
No, unfortunately, we currently only ship to postal addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Damaged package?
Oh no, it seems the delivery person got a bit too excited (we won’t blame them, we get it). Send us an email at info@wernutrition.com with a photo, and we’ll send you new goodies as soon as possible!
